Our House is located in the small, quaint, seaside village of Barra de Potosí, within easy driving distance to the popular twin resorts of Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo, but still in an area of remote and tranquil beauty.
 

By road, Our House and the village of Barra de Potosí are accessible from Federal Highway 200, which runs along the coast, via a turnoff onto a newly paved road at Los Achotes.  Another route of access, rougher but more scenic, is the unpaved road that circles the International Airport and follows Playa Larga and Playa Blanca to Laguna de Potosí at its far southern end.
 

Being only a few minutes from the international airport, we can easily transport you to and from your flights.  We have a wonderful, air-conditioned 12-seater bus.  Our bus has a wheelchair lift
 

Taxis and tour guides can be hired to provide tours to places of interest in the area, such as to the Artisans' Markets in Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa - offering wonderful local art, pottery, wood carvings, silver and clothing - or to nearby Laguna de Potosí (Potosí Lagoon) where guests can bird watch around the shores of the lagoon, teeming with birds and other wildlife, or partake of the fresh seafood at the rustic, open-air, thatched-roofed restaurants lining the village waterfront.  The choices for fun and enjoyment are endless!
